Record Point acted as lead advisor to GenesisCare as it undertook a significant equity raising and debt refinancing.
The process included securing an equity investment of up to $650 million from KKR in addition to raising a new $875 million European term loan B and $100m revolving credit facility.
KKR’s investment marks their return to the business having sold their stake to China Resources Group in 2016.
The seven-year covenant lite term loan B issue priced at 350 basis points over the base rate representing market leading pricing for a new issuer in the European markets.
