On 12th November 2021, Vita Group (ASX:VTG) completed the sale of its Retail ICT business to Telstra (ASX:TLS).
Vita Group, via a master Telstra dealer licence operated a Telstra branded network of 104 stores across Australia (“Retail ICT”). The transaction was facilitated by a sale of main undertaking.
